Parents, guardians, and students who are 18 or older can select a calendar for next school year. Parents and guardians must create an Evolve Portal account to select a calendar on behalf of a student. Students do not need to create a portal account because students automatically have one upon enrollment. They can log in to the Evolve Portal using their Brightspace username and password.
Once you log into the Evolve Portal, you will want to make sure you have the correct student selected in the drop-down menu at the top of the Dashboard. When you have the correct student selected, click on Attendance and Student Calendar.
Within Attendance and Student Calendar, click on Choose Next Year's Student Calendar. This can be found to the right of the calendar showing your student's attendance.
Within the calendar selection menu, you will use the drop down menu to select the calendar that best meets the student and family needs. Each time you review a different calendar option within the drop down menu, the preview of the "on" and "off" days will refresh. Once you find the calendar that best suits your needs, select it from the drop down menu and click SAVE at the top.
After you have saved your calendar selection, you will be redirected to a survey that will help us make your next school year the best it can be! You will be able to view the calendar you selected for the next school year by logging back in to the Evolve Portal and viewing the Attendance and Student Calendar section.
