As a leading online public school, TRECA has been at the forefront of educational innovation since 2001. We pioneered the use of technology to support students across Ohio and remain dedicated to delivering flexible, high-quality learning without compromise. Whether through full-time enrollment or specialized technical programs, our curriculum is designed to meet all Ohio Learning Standards within a comprehensive, interactive environment.

Culture

  • Connection: While many of the employees work remotely, we are still very connected. Through use of the Google Suite, staff can easily communicate and collaborate with their colleagues through video, chat, email, etc.
  • Involvement: TRECA offers a number of committees to participate in such as a SEL committee, a Culturally Responsive school committee, CSLT, PBIS and many more.
  • Interaction: A number of opportunities allow for staff to build relationships with students and families as well. From Field Trips to our Check and Connect Mentorship program, staff are given a variety of ways to meet and get to know each other.

Once you have submitted your application, our hiring team will review it. The hiring team will reach out to individuals of interest to set up an interview.
