Our Records Department is dedicated to making the transfer of student records a smooth process for families. We desire to work seamlessly with school districts as well to ensure that student records are being received in a timely manner. Records at TRECA are centralized, and because of this, we ask that all student records be sent to records@treca.org. If student records are not sent to records@treca.org, they may not be received, and additional requests will be made to your school or district.
The Records Department complies with all State of Ohio laws. We are implementing Ohio House Bill 33, which requires the transfer of students' records within five school days after the receipt of a records request. Please note HB 33 only exception is if there is $2,500 or more of outstanding debt attributed to the student.
