On December 6, TRECA students took a field trip to COSI in Columbus, OH.
On this self-guided experience, families explored the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). Through interactive exhibits and galleries, students learned about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). In the new exhibit, Tyrannosaurus rex, families learned about T. rex’s incredible size and power that made it one of the fiercest dinosaurs. The Dinosaur Gallery also held fossils and habitat displays of many other dinosaurs. In the Ocean exhibit, students learned about the properties of water, and how water can be used and manipulated. Other exhibits included Progress, Life, and a temporary exhibit featuring Paw Patrol.
