On June 1, TRECA Digital Academy held two graduation ceremonies to celebrate the Class of 2025. TRECA celebrated with 247 graduates and their families. There were an additional 232 graduates who chose not to walk at a ceremony, bringing the total number of 2025 graduates to 479! This is one of TRECA’s biggest graduating classes yet.
At the 11:30 am ceremony, we heard stories and poems from graduates Katherin Aleman Leiva, Vincent Foley, and Kaylee Rodriguez. At the 2:00 pm ceremony, Bryanna Clark, Emily Patrick, and Brooklyn Straniak shared their thoughts with their fellow graduates. Our student population is very diverse, and no two paths are the same for our graduates. One student who spoke was the first in her family to graduate, and another received a full-ride scholarship to a university. Some graduates had their children in the audience. Some have been in the workforce for years already. There is no "typical" TRECA student, and we're proud to support every student on their journey.
Congratulations once again, Class of 2025. You have already overcome so many obstacles and can do anything you put your mind to. This is just one part of your story; Find Your Path!
