Mr. Simpson's background is in communications, but his first love was radio. He was a news/sports anchor and reporter for commercial & public radio stations in Kentucky, Texas, Indiana, and several places in Ohio. Thus, he got to meet a lot of famous and infamous people. Mr. Simpson is a proud Morehead State graduate and a native of Chillicothe, Ohio. His wife is a TRECA English teacher, and they have a preschool-age son, Russell. Their cat landlords, Whiskey & Jameson, rule the roost. He is an avid runner and a Buckeyes fan.
