Mr. Wayne is from Washington Court House, Ohio where he recently retired after 35 years of service in the Fayette County area. He worked as an intervention specialist for his first 13 years of teaching, and was then a middle school principal for 22 years. Mr. Wayne has been married for over 30 years to his wife Dianna who is the K-12 Curriculum, Assessment, and Data Director at Washington C.H. City Schools. They have three children, two who have graduated from The Ohio State University and one who is attending school online and is going into education. Mr. Wayne is excited for his next journey and the incredible opportunity to work with so many wonderful people at TRECA.
