At some point during your journey at Treca, you may need the assistance of the Help Desk. They may need access to your computer to see what problems you are having and fix them for you. TeamViewer allows remote access to your computer. The steps below will help you navigate to TeamViewer.
Start by finding and opening the Applications folder that is located on the desktop of the computer. This is the first screen you see when the computer boots up.
Once you have the Applications folder open you will want to double-click on TeamViewer.
The final step is to provide the Help Desk with the ID and Password provided. After that, we will take control of the computer and do the rest for you!!
