Mrs. Effler earned her undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and Master of Education from The Ohio State University. Prior ro TRECA, she taught 2 years online and 11 years in a brick and mortar classroom. She is originally from the Cleveland area and enjoys cheering on the Guardians and Cavs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family where they live in the Columbus suburbs. She also has two shepherd-mix rescue dogs, Nina and Bonnie. Her hobbies include gardening, cross-stitching, reading, and power walking.
